Ike is an energetic attorney, specializing in Research & Development tax credits, merger and acquisition tax and tax controversy. He has appeared in the US Tax Court on behalf of the IRS and also at oral hearings for the Board of Equalization on behalf of his clients, winning and successfully negotiating all of his cases.

He is a member of the California Bar. Ike attended Loyola Law School for his juris doctorate degree and LL.M in tax. He also holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics, and a certificate in SAP from the University of Southern California. Ike has several publications in economics, including a master's thesis in applied econometrics and conference paper for Harvard. Ike's current research interests are Intellectual Property Law and Transfer Pricing.

Prior to joining Hall & Company, Ike worked at KPMG and Moss Adams. Away from the office, Ike enjoys riding tandem bicycles with his wife at the beach, runs track and practices mixed martial arts.
